When you complete the contact or booking form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: full name, phone number, email address, dates of stay, number of adults, children and babies, and any message you include.
We do not collect data automatically beyond standard server logs (IP address, browser), which are used solely for technical and security purposes.
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
• Managing booking requests and responding to enquiries (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR). • Sending information about the accommodation if you have given explicit consent (legal basis: consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the booking and for a maximum of 3 years from the last communication, unless a different period is required by law.
Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. The contact form uses the Formspree service (https://formspree.io), which acts as a data processor with appropriate security measures in place.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction by emailing info@calsort.cat, stating your name and attaching a copy of your ID or equivalent document.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cal Sort implements the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
